My ABA CFO
Privacy notice
Last updated October 8, 2026
This notice explains how information is handled when you visit this website or contact My ABA CFO about fractional CFO services. Questions or privacy requests can be sent to contact@myabacfo.com.
Information you provide
Our short business inquiry form asks for your name, email, website, and what you would like help with. Your role and approximate revenue range are optional. Other inquiry forms may also ask for a phone number, clinic or location and employee counts, areas served, and your finance setup. Industry pages identify the type of business you are inquiring about. We use this information to respond, assess whether our services fit your needs, and maintain the resulting business correspondence. We may review your company website and public business information to prepare for that response. We also record how you found us: the page you landed on, the website that referred you if there was one, and any campaign labels in the link you followed. That is how we know which ad, search result, or page led to your inquiry.
Provide business-level information only. Do not include patient or client records, protected health information, account passwords, payment-card numbers, or other sensitive personal details. This website is not a patient portal or a secure document-transfer service.
Who receives inquiries
Inquiries are routed to designated members of our team and collaborators through configured email inboxes, which may use different business domains or email providers. Resend processes notification and confirmation emails. When our optional Notion integration is enabled, inquiry details are also sent to our designated CRM database. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Your confirmation email is sent to the address you enter. Please use an address you control and check it before submitting. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter; newsletter signup is currently disabled.
Drafts and information saved on your device
The main contact form saves your answers in this browser’s local storage so you can return to them. The briefing and industry forms do not save answer drafts. A saved draft is cleared after a successful submission or when you use “Clear saved answers.” Drafts older than seven days are removed when you open the main contact form again; they can remain on the device longer if you do not return. Anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see them.
Privacy choices are saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Browser settings can clear site storage at any time.
However you arrive, we save a short record in this browser: the page you landed on, the website that referred you if there was one, and any campaign labels in the link you followed, such as its source, medium, campaign, and creative. We attach that record to an inquiry so we know which ad, search result, or page brought you to us, and it is sent with your inquiry to the inboxes and CRM described above. It is cleared when you close the tab, and it never includes anything you typed into the form.
Website operation and analytics
Vercel hosts this website. Hosting and security services process technical information, such as IP addresses and request details, to deliver pages, diagnose failures, and protect the site. Upstash Redis supports shared submission limits. These operational protections do not depend on your analytics choice.
Google Analytics is handled differently depending on where you are. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, it stays off until you select “Allow analytics” — nothing is loaded and no analytics cookie is set before that. Everywhere else, including the United States, it is on by default and you are told so, with a one-click way to turn it off that is available on every page. Either choice is remembered on your browser for 180 days.
To decide which of those applies, this site asks its own server for a two-value answer — inside that region, or outside it — derived from the country your network address appears to be in. The answer is not stored with your inquiry and the country itself is never sent to your browser. If that check fails for any reason, the site treats you as though you were in the European Economic Area and loads nothing until you allow it.
If you allow analytics, Google can process website usage, page interactions, device and browser information, and online identifiers, including analytics cookies. Our inquiry form does not deliberately send your answers as analytics events. Avoid placing sensitive information in website URLs.
You can change your choice at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Turning analytics off stops analytics on this site and clears the Google Analytics cookies this site can access; it does not erase information Google already received. See Google’s privacy policy for its processing and retention practices.
Retention, access, and requests
Inquiries and related correspondence may remain in our team’s email accounts and, when enabled, our CRM while needed for the inquiry or business relationship, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, or applicable obligations. Email providers, service logs, and backups can have different retention periods. The browser-draft periods above do not describe how long a received email is retained.
Contact contact@myabacfo.com to request information about your data, a correction, or deletion, or to ask about a specific retention period. We may need to verify your identity and consider records we need to retain. Privacy rights and available choices vary by location. Service providers may process information in countries other than your own.
We may update this notice as the website and our practices change. The date at the top identifies the latest version.
